A: As one united brand, experteq brings together the strengths of the brands once known as TAS and experteq to create a brighter future. Through the power of one, we will benefit from the rich heritage of each brand, forming a solid foundation on which to build an even stronger, more vibrant and relevant company for today’s changing world. We’ve long been a trusted brand – and this is not going to change.
Our new group name is slightly different from the former brand as it is written now with a lower-case ‘e’ and features a tick motif. These new elements give the name a twist, emphasising equality and referencing our deep commitment to collaboration and teamwork as we deliver our solutions and services as a strengthened brand and as one team. It is a new phase for us as a business, as we continue to strengthen our brand and capabilities while continuing to value the trust that our clients place in us.
A: Our shared values are the glue that brings us together as one and will propel us forward. These values are the cornerstone of our integration.
While we know we are even better together as one company, one brand, at the same time we will never forget where we have come from. It is important that we celebrate our past and our rich heritage, while looking to the future together as one.
A: We will be integrated as one company, which may affect some policies and processes. We will share the guiding policies and processes in the coming weeks.
A: Bringing together TAS and experteq has allowed us to create a united, stronger brand. We have been able to pinpoint our greatest strengths and weaknesses during the process, and address these in this new brand to create the best possible outcomes for everyone. Consolidating the best parts of TAS and experteq has created synergy, so that we’re now better armed to serve our customers effectively, driving greater customer satisfaction and cultivating enduring partnerships. This way, our strengthened capabilities will grow and future-proof the business, delivering value to all stakeholders.
A: Going forward, we will be one single brand. That means a single view of all opportunities, our combined pipeline, of the customer and our various target sectors. Our sales teams will be fully integrated which means more alignment and a more streamlined approach. All of our systems including CRMs and sales process will be integrated into one which means greater efficiencies. Our sales team will pursue both professional and managed services opportunities with the view to address clients’ pain points more holistically.
Under one brand, we will combine our expertise to better serve our existing customers as trusted experts in the fields of managed services and professional services, but also to be in a stronger position to attract new customers.
Over the next few months, we will transition the branding of both TAS and experteq to one single brand across all platforms, channels and touchpoints with the new brand identity. As of 1 September, there will be one website, new collateral with the experteq branding, one newsletter, one database etc. More details will be shared in the coming weeks.
A: The rebrand is about business growth and sustainability. It will align our people more closely under one integrated entity, allowing us to work towards achieving our combined vision more effectively and to be the trusted partner. If anything, there will be new opportunities created for our teams to grow and develop.
A: Given the ongoing integration, the organisational structure is still being adjusted to enable us – both individual teams and the organisation at large – to be more effective. We will share more details in the coming weeks.
A: Our partners, customers and stakeholders will be receiving official communications following our internal announcement, but the overarching message to all stakeholders is the same: as one united brand, we bring together the best of TAS and experteq, fostering greater alignment and enabling us to provide even greater service to our customers. As experteq, we will continue to grow our capabilities and foster trust, striving to fulfil our mission: to optimise, manage and secure every organisation’s IT systems so they can achieve key business objectives in an increasingly dynamic global operating environment.
