Below you will find a series of questions and the corresponding answers regarding the new group brand which came into effect officially on 1st September 2022
Q: What does the new structure mean for TAS’ partners?
A: TAS partners will receive a formal notice that TransAction Solutions Limited (TAS) is now trading as ‘experteq’.
Q: Will the new Experteq brand keep working with the same partners/vendors that TAS previously has been working with?
A: Our new group brand brings together the strengths of TAS and Experteq – and that includes our extensive network of partners. We will leverage our existing partnerships to drive business growth and development, and look forward to deepening our relationship in the near future. Please note that all third parties working with TransAction Solutions Limited (TAS) and Experteq IT Services Pty Ltd will be officially advised that both companies, the parent and subsidiary, will be trading as ‘experteq’. Please look out for the official communication.
Q: What happens to the terms and conditions of partners/vendors contracts?
A: Our partners can rest assured that current contracts remain in place without variation; the only difference will be to the trading name.
Q: What will remain the same and what will change?
A: For all third parties working with TransAction Solutions Limited (TAS), the only change is in the trading name.
