Business Development Manager (IT Services)

An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Business Development Manager (Corporate & Government) to join our team.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships within Modern Workplace as well as Data & AI areas within your assigned territory. Additionally, you will ensure exceptional customer experience to existing accounts by acting as a key client contact with your assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities:

New Business Development by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing business by Cross-sell offerings across our three Centres of Excellence: Trusted Cloud & Infrastructure, Trusted Workspaces, and Trusted Data within assigned Corporate & Government territories.

Client Relationship Management to ensure customer expectations are being met and to explore opportunities to introduce new service offerings.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7+ years in IT services focusing on sales, client engagement, and strategic account management in the Corporate and Government sector.
  • Proven experience selling similar service offering including Modern Workplace/Trusted Workspace, Data & AI on behalf of a Managed Service / Professional Services IT Provider
  • Proven experience in Business Development Management or similar roles.
  • Strong background in client relationship and strategic account management.
  • Ability to acquire new business and grow existing accounts with a “Land and Expand” strategy.
  • Experience in cross-selling and upselling diverse services.

  • Expertise in technological innovation and its practical applications to enhance user experience and productivity, particularly in integrating services across Trusted Cloud & Infrastructure, Trusted Workspaces, and Trusted Data & AI
  • Visionary leadership and strategic thinking for driving sales growth and client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
  • Expertise in technological innovation and practical applications for enhancing user experience and productivity.
