Experteq Appoints Mike Cullen as New Chief Financial Officer
11 December, 2024, Sydney, Australia. Experteq announced today the senior appointment of Mike Cullen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary, joining the Executive Leadership Team headed by Experteq Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shane Baker.
In his new role, Mike will lead the financial strategy and operations across Experteq with a strong technical and commercial focus gained from over 20 years in professional services, including leadership roles at The Australian Computer Society and Momentum Worldwide. Alongside this, as Company Secretary, Mike will ensure best-practice governance, compliance, and corporate risk management for our clients, members and external regulators.

Mike succeeds Tony Greene, who is retiring, effective December 20th 2024, after more than 20 years of dedicated service to Experteq. Tony has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success, overseeing financial operations and management. Shane Baker shared, “We are immensely grateful to Tony for his incredible contribution over the past two decades. Tony has been an integral part of Experteq’s journey, forging strong relationships with many of our clients. He will be greatly missed.”
