Our history
Founded 1989
- Formed May 1989 as Shared Enterprises Co-operative Ltd to provide aggregated IT services to the credit union industry in Australia.
1999
- Merged with TransAction Solutions Pty Ltd in 1999 – and we adopted the name TransAction Solutions Pty Ltd.
2008
Experteq, a Microsoft and Citrix consulting services firm was founded.
2010
- Acquired Combined Financial Processing and 34 new credit union clients.
- Migrated 34 new clients to TAS from Datacom infrastructure in four months.
2020
TAS acquired Experteq to meet the market’s evolving digital needs.
2022 & beyond
Experteq brings together the strengths of the brands once known as TAS and Experteq to create a brighter future.
