9th November 2023. Sydney, Australia. Experteq announced today the exciting new appointment of Samantha Howard in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). She joins the Executive Leadership Team headed by Experteq Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Shane Baker.
Samantha brings to the role more than 25 years of experience in operations and technology, including leadership roles at Telstra, Optus, NBN Co and PetSure. As an operations expert with a results-driven approach, Samantha recognises the importance of translating strategy into deliverable outcomes. She has a strong focus on change management and improving the customer experience.
