You will rotate through the four practice areas of Service Centre, Cloud, Modern Workplace and Network Services and will assist teams to:

• Support clients in the banking and government sectors for their highly secure and critical infrastructure;
• Troubleshoot and resolve client technical issues via phone, email, service management and automated monitoring tools in a timely manner;
• Upgrade and maintain production hosted environments on cloud and on-premise infrastructure;
• Work with the development team to ensure that code is deployed efficiently and accurately across various environments;
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement IT solutions that improve client efficiency and productivity.

You will have a mentor and a buddy throughout your internship and will work with inspiring IT colleagues from whom you will learn and be guided. We have monthly socials and regular TeqForums where you can connect and collaborate with your colleagues.
